When signing a
contract to purchase a home (I like to call this
“big-boy time”) it is serious business. It can be
exciting and adventurous or it can be uncomfortable
and uneasy. I know that there are many emotions that
accompany the event. This is very normal. It is the
greatest monetary possession that most people will
make in their lifetime. Not only is it your home but
an investment as well.
I like to work for the
buyer with a buyer’s representation agreement.
Without it, your agent legally works for the person
selling the home. This is called sub-agency and can
get very tricky. I love to give advice and opinions
and work as hard as I can for you the buyer. I can
do this more effectively with a Buyer's
Representation Agreement. Take a look below at the
"Does the Agent Work for Me?" link. I have and will help you search for your
house and I will do everything to help you purchase
the home of your dreams with or without the
agreement and I can even write an agreement for an
offer for just one home in particular. Let me
negotiate and handle all the details that are scary
to you, it’s what I do!
Here are some

buying process.
