Out of all the steps of the
home buying process, this is one of the hardest to
understand. What Loan works for me. I want this
house but have to sell mine first, what about a
bridge loan or a wrap around loan. There are many
options. A good lender not only includes a good rate
but also a representatives that will explain what
you are getting, doing and WHY! I know that we have
always used our family banks in East Texas but I
recommend shopping your loan to get the best rate
possible and make sure you are comparing mangos to
mangos and not pineapples to kiwis. I will be more
